Images from my Northampton sketchbooks. Some buildings are old, some of historic importance, some quirky and some just typical of the town. They were all completed 'plein air', spending between1 to 3 hours, sketching and then adding colour. I am a member of Urban Sketchers Northampton and I also sketch when I am on holiday.
